Mid-Ohio Valley Players hosting open youth auditions and a free 1 day workshop.
This adaptation of Charles Dickens’ timeless classic by Susan Boyer recounts the story of Ebenezer Scrooge, a miserly individual who despises Christmas. After being visited by the ghost of his late business partner, Jacob Marley, Scrooge is foretold that he will encounter three spirits: the Ghost of Christmas Past, the Ghost of Christmas Present, and the Ghost of Christmas Yet to Come. With the guidance of these spectral visitors, Scrooge comes to understand the true essence of Christmas.
The production is under the direction of J.R. Wells and Susan Boyer and features a cast of diverse characters, including Scrooge, Marley, various ghosts, and a host of other memorable figures who contribute to the heartwarming tale.
