Open Casting Call in Nashville for New Film The Heart Brake
The upcoming film The Heart Brake, directed by Lance Smith, is holding an open casting call for background actors in the Nashville/Franklin, TN area. The production is seeking actors of color aged 65 and older to appear as background talent in the film, which is currently scheduled to shoot on July 18, 30, or 31, 2025. Selected talent will only be needed for one of those dates.
The Heart Brake is a new project written by Lance Smith and Chuck Fusca, with executive producers Chuck Fusca, Lance Smith, Gus Romero, and Carrie Romero, in collaboration with MarcoBox Studios and Abstracct Creative.
Local talent only will be considered, and no travel or accommodations will be provided. Interested individuals should submit via email no later than June 30, 2025.
