The Trevor Project Launches Casting Call for New Episodes of “Sharing Space” Series

The Trevor Project has announced that they are now casting participants for two upcoming episodes of its acclaimed digital series, Sharing Space, which brings together LGBTQ+ individuals and supportive adults for honest, healing conversations. The series, known for its raw and resonant storytelling, aims to amplify LGBTQ+ voices and foster deeper understanding through shared experiences and dialogue.

About The Show:

The first new episode will center on the theme of Peer Support and seeks LGBTQ+ individuals between the ages of 18 and 24 who have experienced the profound impact of support from peers—whether that came through friends, educators, teammates, online communities, or chosen family. Participants will have the opportunity to share their stories in a safe, affirming space, helping others who may be navigating similar journeys.

The second episode will focus on Conversion Therapy Survivors, with casting open to LGBTQ+ adults of all ages who have endured and emerged from the practice. Producers are looking for survivors who are currently in a healthy, stable place and are ready to speak openly about their experiences. The conversation aims to shed light on the realities of conversion therapy while empowering others through truth and resilience.

Casting Call Details:

While applicants from all U.S. regions are encouraged to apply, The Trevor Project is particularly interested in hearing from individuals living in or originally from Iowa, Minnesota, Montana, Nebraska, Nevada, North Dakota, South Dakota, Wyoming, or Hawaii.

Sharing Space is not a reality show—it’s an intentional space for authentic conversations that can change lives. The Trevor Project remains committed to elevating LGBTQ+ stories and creating visibility for voices that need to be heard most.
