Chicago Bulls NBA Team holding open cheerleader & dancer auditions.
The Luvabulls are Chicago’s premier professional dance team. With over 40 years of history, the Luvabulls are an iconic part of Bulls basketball games and the City of Chicago. We are looking for new dancers who are confident, athletic, and incredible ambassadors for the Chicago Bulls.
Open Call Audition
Thursday, May 28th 6:30-10:30pm
Doors open 30 minutes hour prior to the audition.
Cost: $25.00

We will be selecting candidates from this open call to advance to the semifinal audition.
Semifinal Round
(if you are selected from one of the open call auditions)
Friday, May 29th 6:30pm-10:00pm CST
Saturday, May 30th 9:00am-2:00pm CST (INTERVIEW & CAMERA ROUND)
Doors open 30 minutes prior to each camp.
Location TBA – in Chicago area.
The Semifinal round is not open to the public – you must be selected from one of the two auditions in order to advance to the semifinal round. Please be available for both dates and times in the semifinal round. Be prepared to learn additional choreography, perform in small groups, take photos, and be interviewed. Select candidates from semifinals will move on to the final audition.

Final Audition
Sunday, May 31st 9:00am-5pm CST
Doors open one hour prior to finals.
Location TBA
Should you advance to the final audition, you will be asked to perform:
- a 1-minute solo in a style of your choice
- the open call choreography
- the semifinal choreography
- freestyle
Looking to apply to more dance auditions?
To be a Chicago Luvabull, you must meet these minimum requirements:
Be 18 years of age by May 16th, 2026
Have reliable transportation
Posess a valid US Driver’s License or State ID
Have a flexible schedule to attend games and rehearsals
If selected, must reside or be willing to commute to the Chicago area for all rehearsals, appearances, games, etc.
If selected for the team, a one-year contract and commitment are required, along with agreement to abide by rules and guidelines in the employee handbook.
Understand that this is a part-time position and team members are paid for all their work. This includes rehearsals, game day, appearances, photoshoots, meetings, etc.
Be an experienced, versatile dancer and a Chicago Bulls fan
Be athletically fit in order to perform high energy routines and elite skills
