VIRTUAL OPEN CALL for youth dancers for roles in a new feature film.
This is open online for kids in Canada, UK & US, nationwide. This movie will be filming in the UK.
A new feature film is holding a virtual open casting call for talented young dancers who can convincingly play children between the ages of 5 and 10. Casting directors are looking for young performers who are strong dancers and actors, with particular interest in children who have training in tap and ballet.
The roles call for performers who can bring both dance ability and acting skills to the production. Seeking young dancers from across the United States and Canada. Ths movie will be filming in the United Kingdom early 2027.
Rehearsals:
Begin in autumn 2026, with filming scheduled to take place from January 2027 through summer 2027.
Casting is being handled by The Telsey Office.
Please note: Submissions are due by Friday, September 4, 2026.
Parents and guardians of eligible young performers can find the full role information and submission instructions through the casting notice provided by the production.
Families with young dancers who have strong tap or ballet experience may want to review the requirements and submit early, since the casting team is specifically seeking performers with dance backgrounds.
