2011-2012 Dance Team Auditions
Are you a dancer who has what it takes to excite a crowd?
Phoenix Monsoon Soccer will be holding auditions for its’ 2011-2012 dance team. Please see the details and requirements below.
Pre-registration is recommended, limited audition spots available. Pre-register at www.phxmonsoondanceteam.weebly.com, if the audition is full you will be notified and placed on a waiting list.
Date: Sunday, December 11, 2011
Time: 12:00pm-4:00pm
Location: LA Fitness, 5536 W. Bell Road, Glendale, AZ-Group Fitness Room

Audition Requirements
Participants must be 18 years of age by audition date
$10 registration fee (cash only)
Registration form
5 x 7 photo (headshot preferred, non-returnable)
Audition attire should be half top and shorts or skirt for women, and men should wear shirt and pants or shorts that are not excessively loose. Dance shoes or athletic shoes are required. Appropriate attire is required for judging of proper body alignment and technique. Tights are acceptable but not required. Tattoos should not be visible, or covered by durable make-up. No piercings other than ears, any other body jewelry should be removed. Hair and make-up should be professional.

Before you audition, please consider some of the basic requirements of dance team members:
Proof of authorization to work in the US
Reliable transportation
Availability for rehearsals, games, and appearances
Dancers will be required to represent our team in a positive and professional manner
Dancers will be expected to learn and retain choreography quickly
