This audition is for a single female role.
Synopsis:
In 1812, Florida was under the Spanish rule and America was at war with England. In Longwood, Florida, Zoll lived with her fiancé on a 30-acre plantation. At the time, Georgia militants were planning an invasion of Florida, when Zoll’s fiancé left to fight against the invasion. Once in Georgia, Zoll’s fiancé fell in love with another women.
As the militia invaded Florida, they burned every plantation they passed. Unannounced to Zoll, her fiancé joined the militia and destroyed the plantation in which they lived in, killing Zoll in the process. Two hundred years later, Zoll has returned to search for her lost fiancé who so happens to be her murderer.
Character:
We are looking for females, aged 16-24, with dark hair, exotic features, and able to interact with the audience.
Media Appearances:
The female chosen to play the Zoll character will be featured on the Haunt website, a series of video and personal appearances, and will be placed in print ads across the Central Florida region. These promotional appearances will start mid August through Halloween, where the individual will talk about the Haunt and Habitat for Humanity, its sponsor.
Incentives:
This role will be considered volunteer work and as a resume builder. However, for time and responsibilities bestowed onto the individual, there will be a small stipend.
