New Jersey Survivor fans, here is your chance to tryout for 2015!
The CBS affiliate in Philadelphia will be hosting a open casting call this month on the 26th at Trump Taj Mahal in Atlantic City.
CBS and cameras will be on hand to tape video auditions that will then be forwarded to the producers and casting directors for the show. The auditions will consist of a 1 minute audition tape where potential cast members will explain why they are the next “Survivor” champions.
“Survivor” is one of the longest running reality shows on TV. Every season a new group of survivors is dropped of at a remote location to battle it out in this physical, mental and social game. The field of survivors gets smaller and smaller as contestants get voted off and the last survivor standing gets to walk away with the million dollar prize.

If you think you do, come to the Trump Taj Mahal for the chance to audition to be on the hit reality show, Survivor.

Saturday, July 26, 2014 from 12 p.m. – 3 p.m.
WHERE:
Trump Taj Mahal, Atlantic City
Open to U.S. legal residents 18 and over.
What to expect:
Participants will discuss who they are and why they would make the next ultimate Survivor for up to 1 minute on-camera.
CBS 2 will submit all eligible on-camera entries. NO APPLICATIONS NEEDED, ONLY ON-CAMERA AUDITION NEEDED FOR SUBMISSION AT OPEN CALL. Must be present to apply
Questions to think about for your audition:
• Why do you think you could win Survivor?
• If you are a fan…please tell us why?
• How do you already play Survivor in your daily life? Give examples!
• What past Survivors are you most like in real life?
Age and Citizenship Requirements:
• Contestants must be 18 years or older at the time of application.
• Contestants must be United States citizens and be living in the United States.
If you have previously applied for Survivor and you were a finalist in Los Angeles, please do not reapply.
Tryout for “The Amazing Race” in Philadelphia
If you would rather try your hand at racing around the world, the Taj Mahal will also be hosting tryouts for “The Amazing Race” next month.
Just like the “Survivor” auditions, the local CBS affiliate will be putting potential contestants on tape and those tapes will then be sent to the shows casting directors.
Auditions for “The Amazing Race” will be held on Aug. 22, from noon to 3 p.m.
The Trump Taj Mahal in Atlantic City, New Jersey
The show is casting for teams of 2 and is particularly interested in couples that are dating.
Both team members must be at least 21.
