Tryout for a Lead Role in a Movie – Native American Teen Actresses (18+)
Casting directors in New Mexico will be holding 2 open casting call auditions in New Mexico next month to fill the lead role / speaking role in a major movie that will be filming later this year. Casting directors are holding a talent search to find an Native American actress that is 18 to 21 years old to play younger, a native American high school girl. Casting Director Rene Haynes (The Revenant, Bury My Heart at Wounded Knee, Skins, Into the West) states that acting experience is not necessary and they are seeking someone with a natural look.
Open auditions are currently scheduled for Albuquerque and Santa Fe New Mexico. For Native American actresses who do not live in the New Mexico area or are not able to attend the auditions, online, video auditions are also being accepted.
