Company tours across the country performing two award winning shows. “Dancing with YOUR Stars” & “Hollywood: A Ballroom Dancing Tribute to the Silver Screen“.

Dancer would perform in both shows and also help train local community members to perform short routines as part of the community engagement portion of the show.

Technical ballroom/latin training, travel, housing, and food will be provided through the duration of the contract.

About the show:

Similar to a popular TV show, this production partners up 6 local “Stars” with our dancers to learn a ballroom dance routine. We costume the stars, add in some video highlights and a hilarious local judging panel and put on a show that communities absolutely love. The best part is the community gets to vote for who will win and take home the coveted mirror ball trophy.

He is a member of Actors’ Equity, holds a Masters in Voice Pedagogy and a BFA in Musical Theatre Performance, and now teaches musical theatre at colleges and performing arts high schools in the Washington DC area.

Casting Adventurous Families for TV Commercial – Pays $6500 (DC, VA, MD areas)

A TV Commercial filming in Williamsburg is casting families with kids 7 to 14.

The TV Commercial is for a Willkiamsburg Tourism and all family members must be able to swim. The spot will film in the second part of August. Auditions will be held between today and the 5th of August. Final auditions will be held on August 6th and 7th and can either be done in person or Via Skype.

This casting call is for real families, not for actors. The commercial is looking for families from Northern Virginia, Washington DC and Baltimore areas.

NCIS: New Orleans Rush Call for ladies in NOLA Area

NCIS: New Orleans is now casting paid background actors

The popular show NCIS has another spin-off in New Orleans. Seems NCIS is headed to the Big Easy for new military related crimes to solve.

The show is a combination of a military drama and a police procedural and follows in the same genre as other shows in the franchise. Scott Bakula (Star Trek: Enterprise) stars as the lead investigator in the New Orleans branch of the Naval Crime Scene investigation unit.

The show is created by Gary Glasberg, executive produced by Glasberg and Mark Harmon. Mark Harmon who plays agent Gibbs on NCIS will also be doing some guest appearances on the new show. TVline reports that Gary Glasberg announced multiple crossovers in the show and commented that “We’re currently planning an episode where Gibbs will make an appearance…. We have a storyline where Michael Weatherly is involved, Pauley Perrette is involved, David McCallum….”

Season 1 of the new show will premiere on CBS later this year. The show is still filming episodes in the New Orleans area and Caballero Casting is looking for attractive, athletic ladies who live in the Nola area to be photographed for surveillance photos that will be used in an episode of the show.

CBS’s top drama series takes you to the Big Easy with new latitude, but the same attitude!

NCIS New Orleans is coming to CBS this fall as part of the 2014/2015 lineup. The series will air on Tuesdays. The show’s premiere date is currently set as Tuesday, September 23 at 9PM.

Auditions for Principal Roles in Military Video Filming in VA

A military training video is now casting actors for paid principal roles in Norfolk, VA

The project is looking for Caucasian males in their 20’s and 30’s. The role is looking for 2 men to play a younger and older version of the same person. Individuals and brothers in that age group are welcome to apply. Also, they are seeking some big guys to portray marines. The talent that is cast will need to have a military hair cut, so you must be open to having your hair cut.

Auditions will be held this coming Thursday in Falls Church. All roles are paid.

Carlyn Davis Casting is looking to cast two Non Union Principals for a Military Training Video that will shoot in Norfolk VA August 11-15.

“Vampire Diaries” Casting Call for Pool Party Scene in Atlanta

The “Vampire Diaries” is now in production on the new season in Atlanta.

The show’s casting directors are now casting a pool party scene that will film between the 7th and the 15th of August.
They are seeking men and women between the ages of 18 and 32 who would be comfortable in swimwear on set. Men would be wearing swimming trunks and ladies would be wearing 2 piece swim suits. This will be filming in the Conyers, Georgia area.

There is also a rush call for extras who can play students and professors to work tomorrow in Decatur.
