New Jennifer Lopez film is holding auditions for some speaking roles!
“Lila and Eve” is written by Pat Gilfillan and the film is directed by Charles Stone III. This Indie thriller is about 2 moms who go on the hunt to avenge their children.
The film stars Viola Davis and Jennifer Lopez as distraught mothers whose children were killed in a drive by shooting. The pair comes together to get justice for their murdered children after the police fail to give them any closure by finding the people responsible.
By the way… Viola Davis has another feature film currently filming in Mississippi, “Get On Up” which also has some casting notices out right now for anyone interested in the Jackson, Mississippi area.
If interested in the below roles, please apply ASAP as auditions for those parts will be held next week. Please only apply if you specifically fit the role and will be available to audition in Atlanta. This film has just begun production and more general casting call for extras will be announced soon.
The film just began production this month and there is no word yet as to how long it will be filming or when the film’s release date is but casting directors, CL Casting do say there will be more casting notices for other roles and more general extras coming up real soon.

LEO & TEO – Speaking Roles! Hispanic Males, Ages 18-Early 20’s. Big, Thuggish, Scary. Works on or about January 21st-Jan 23rd. Audition is Wednesday, January 8th.
DONNELL – Speaking Role! African American Male, Ages 18 – Early 20’s. BIG, THUGGISH, SCARY. Works on or about January 22nd – January 24th. Audition is Wednesday, January 8th.
FEMALE SUPPORT GROUP – Hispanic & African American Females, 30’s to mid 40’s. Current work dates: 01/22, 01/23. Featured!
WEASEL RAY – Caucasian Male, Hip Hop, Tall and LANKY, Tough Kid. Current work date is February 21st
JOIE’s Friend – African American Female. 25ish. Current work date is January 29th
CRUZ – African American Male 20’s- Late 30’s. TOUGH. THUGGISH. Works 1/31, 2/10, and 2/21

HISPANIC PRIEST – Seeking a Hispanic male for this role. 30’s – 70’s. The person selected does not have to be a priest, but should be familiar with catholic customs. Current Work Date is January 21st (This will probably shoot in Decatur)

Not only because it’s acting but because it’s Jennifer Lopez. I was raised on her. My whole family loves her. I used to try to act like her when i was younger especially when the movie “Enough” came out. I used to think i was just as bad ass and kick ass as she was when she finally defended herself from her abusive husband. I love her.
