Casting calls for upcoming film “Dr. Bird” in Atlanta.
The teen oriented, coming of age novel “Dr. Bird’s Advice for Sad Poets” is being made into a movie and the film is now in production. Atlanta’s Central Casting has been releasing casting notices to fill many small, non-speaking roles in the picture and Atlanta area locals are able to get in the act, so to speak, by trying out for an extras role.
Not much info is yet available for the movie and the IMDB page still states that the project is in development.
