“Ambar Geneo, a straight-A college student is determined nothing will get in her way to pursue her famous acting career except for one exception. After substituting a year in an urban public school district to provide income while auditioning for shows and plays, Ambar and his friends join forces as they realize moving up the latter in the public education is just as a barrier as in the entertainment industry for people of color. Determined to decolonize the public education, they discover their love for teaching and how teachers play an important role in childrens’ lives to possibly inspiring them to be on the big screen someday.”
