Dr. Rowan, the Demon, and Love

Synopsis
Heir to the spellbook of the Wizard Earl Northumberland, Dr. Kate Rowan, Professor of History, has barricaded herself into her dead uncle’s house to carry out magical experiments that will gift her with all human knowledge. Besieged by demanding colleagues, an old friend, and her landlady, Rowan’s astonishing success in raising Dr. John Dee, court magician to Queen Elizabeth I, is at first not believed. But Dr. Dee’s prowess in raising demons who can grant knowledge, or treasure, or human desires, seduces them all to attempt a new experiment, with results none of them could foresee.

Elizabeth I (male – early twenties)
Helen Baldwin………………………Rowan’s aunt by marriage, owner of Three Oaks (female, age range mid 40’s and onward)
Dr. Adrian Snow…………..…………Professor of Medieval Literature (male, age range mid 40’s and onward)
Dr. Liz Cosgrove…………….…………….Professor of History (female, age range late 20’s to early 40’s)
Adrakar……………………………….the Demon (played by Michael)
When: Sunday, January 20th from 10-7 & Monday, January 21st from 11-8 (Callbacks later in the week)

For this production, a total stipend of $750 will be offered to each actor.
