Seeking Sarcoidosis Patients with Goals in 2020

We are looking for sarcoid survivors who are striving for a goal while battling this disease. For a chance to be featured on the full-length documentary share with us what you are fighting for while battling this disease. Your goal can be sarcoid related, relationship orientated, or any other personal goal.
If chosen you will be asked to self-record a daily video journal on your quest to achieve your goal. You will also be asked to inform our production team of upcoming goal-specific events occurring in your life. Our crew may come to film you in your attempt to reach your goal
