The production company behind the long running show has posted an open casting call.. albeit, without much detail.
Yep, seems that the cast of Real Housewives New York is in search of one or a few more housewives for the show, without any explanation of why or who might have left the show.
It is not uncommon for the Real Housewives producers to hold open calls, they have held quite a few open casting calls over the years, usually for for new spinoff shows set in new cities, such as The Real Housewives of Salt Lake City, Real Housewives of Dallas and other locations. What is a bit uncommon is that the casting notice is for an existing show and lacks any detail other than an email address to apply to. The Real Housewives of New York was rebooted over a year ago.
Rhony Casting instagram account posted the announcement and potential housewives can send their audition requests and stories to the show’s casting directors. The Housewives shows are produced by Shed Media.
