Featured Extras Roles for “RJ Decker” Pilot in Wilmington, NC
ABC has ordered a pilot for a new TV show called “RJ Decker” which is based on the book by writer Carl Hiaasen. This is set to be a 1 hour show, if it goes past the pilot episode.
The upcoming pilot RJ Decker, filming in Wilmington, NC, and surrounding areas, is seeking local talent for several highly featured background and specialty roles. Selected individuals must be available for early call times and up to 12-hour shoot days.
According to ABC, the “RJ Decker” show’s plot goes as follows:
“RJ Decker, disgraced newspaper photographer and ex-con, starts over as a private investigator in the colorful-if-crime-filled world of South Florida, tackling cases that range from slightly odd to outright bizarre with the help of his journalist ex, her police detective wife, and a shadowy new benefactor, a woman from his past who could be his greatest ally… or his one-way ticket back to prison.”

TW Cast released the following Roles and Dates:
“RJ DECKER” – WILMINGTON, NC AREA: SEEKING EXTRAS COMFORTABLE AROUND SNAKES – FILMING TUESDAY, MARCH 10TH.
We are seeking extras with “distinct looks” for multiple roles that feature reptiles, filming on Tuesday, March 10th.
PAY IS GUARANTEED at $96/8 hours and time and a half for every hour that exceeds the 8th.
ALL APPLICANTS FOR THESE ROLES SHOULD BE COMFORTABLE BEING AROUND SNAKES!!!
