Seeking Members for Guy Group

What’s up everyone, I’m looking to start an pop/r&b male singing group. Though in today’s market there are many boy bands from all around Europe and many other parts of the world, but not really anything huge from America recently. What I want to do is find three other very talented male singers who don’t just sing, but entertain. Members who have a passion for music. Potential members must be:
– Male between the ages of 18-24 (All ethnicities are definitely welcome)
– hard working, dedicated, and be able to take criticism when necessary.
– average + with dancing (Does not have to be perfect but make sure there is potential to grow)
– flexible in schedule
– Charismatic and creative (Creativity is VERY important due to the fact we must collectively write songs as a group. As well as charisma because we need people with good vibes around us and that know how to have fun.)
– Team player! (No time for being selfish, I’m trying to create a group that is willing to work together to achieve great success.)
– Respectful of others (If you are a thief close this ad and find something else)
– Drug free (ZERO tolerance for any sort of illegal drugs)
