“Insurgent” Casting Call for Extras – Ages 9 to 60+ Wanted in Atlanta

Newest extras call in Atlanta, Georgia

The newest film in the “Divergent” trilogy is filming a scene outside of Atlanta and is looking to cast kids, teens, adults and seniors for a scene filming next week.

This scene will not film within the city of Atlanta, the location will be about an hour and a half outside of thew city.

If interested, apply ASAP because the talent will be selected today and must be available for a fitting in Atlanta tomorrow.

Divergent is a sci fi trilogy based on the Veronica Roth novels of the same name. The film stars Shailene Woodley as Beatrice, Theo James as Four and Kate Winslet as Jeanine. The film also stars Ashley Judd, Mekhi Phifer, Ray Stevensen, Zoë Kravitz and others. “Insurgent” continues the saga of Tris and Four  in a futuristic Chicago. In Tris’s world, Chicago, is divided. Society is grouped into factions and Tris learns she doesn’t fit into any of them, known as divergent.  Tris finds out there is a plot to destroy all divergents and sets out with her friend Four to try to prevent the destruction.

Atlanta based extras casting directors with CL just released the following notice:

MINERAL SEEKING KIDS, ADULTS, ELDERLY– Seeking people to portray hobo-types of all ages! Seeking 9-60+ year olds. Must be available for a fitting tomorrow in ATLANTA and able to work Monday, July 7th an HOUR and a half+ south of the city. We may shuttle the ten people selected for this scene, OR you may have to drive, in which case, you will be compensated for travel.
