“Falling Out” is a film about Tiffany and her best friend Amanda’s college friendship maturing as they enter adulthood. While Tiffany and Amanda have been friends since college, Tiffany feels conflicted as her relationship with her boyfriend Mark blooms. To make sure that Amanda doesn’t feel like a third wheel, Tiffany overcompensates with Amanda to show her that regardless of her love life blossoming – while Amanda turns into an bitter single woman – Tiffany will always consider Amanda her best friend. But does Amanda care about Tiffany – and their friendship – in the same way?

Tiffany is a loving and thoughtful girl that moved to Los Angeles after college with her best friend Amanda, but after securing a job and dating Mark, she moved out. Fearful of losing her best friend, Tiffany tries hard to maintain the same level of friendship she had with Amanda when they were both living together by constantly including her in her dates with Mark or setting “girl-only” Sunday brunches and hikes.
GENDER: FEMALE [AGE: 25-30]
Amanda is a strong willed and bitter girl that met Tiffany in college, and together they decided to move to Los Angeles after college. Not only did Amanda live with Tiffany until Tiffany met Mark, but they were each others constant companion and did everything together. Amanda feels that Tiffany is overcompensating the failing friendship by showering her with attention, because Mark has a crush on her. Amanda also believes that Mark is only dating Tiffany to be around her; and that Tiffany wants to keep her at arms length to prevent them from getting together.
GENDER: MALE [AGE: 20-25]
Mark is a fun-loving Angelino that has been dating Tiffany for a few months, but sometimes feels odd because Amanda seems to be always around and flirts with him when Tiffany leaves the room. While he feels conflicted, he can’t deny that Amanda is a beautiful woman, he understands that his relationship with Tiffany depends on how well he gets along with Amanda.
