CW Network’s “The Originals” is in production in Georgia and is looking to book some extras and background to work next week, this coming Monday.
They are looking for background for a funeral scene and are casting mourners who have a black wardrobe appropriate for a funeral and can look a bit eerie!
They need both male and female extras who are in the age range of 25 to 65.
Please read carefully, there are a lot of instructions below for those that want to submit their information.
“The Originals” to work on MONDAY 3/24
in CONYERS, GEORGIA
Casting for MEN and WOMEN all ethnicities,
to be MOURNERS (ages 25-65) – family and friend types
There are TWO scenes on Monday – so you MUST have nicer “Sunday Best” or suits (darker colors other than black) etc… for a funeral scene
AND
You must have an “ALL BLACK” traditional funeral outfit for an eerie dream sequence!
New faces OR repeats ok, as long as you have not been featured or anyone that plays one of our vampires, witches, warlocks, or werewolves
Please list at the bottom of your email if you are a Woman with some Fabulous Church Hats!
Pay rate is $60 for 8 hrs with OT after that. All of the dates will probably run long with OT

and put “CRYING for MONDAY” in the subject.
Please continue to submit over the weekend if you are available (in case of cancellations that need to be replaced)

“The Originals” is based on the popular CW series “The Vampire Diaries” . The show is a spin-off and follows some of the charecters that appeared on Vampire Diaries. “The Originals” is about the Mikaelson siblings,who are said to be the “original” vampires or one of the original vampire families. The show stars Joseph Morgan, Daniel Gillies and Claire Holt.
