SEEKING WOMAN 35+ to play Distinguished Art Critic on Saturday December 2 in Boston.
21-year-old Ivan Salo (’19) transfers to Yale University from a small desert college, and falls in with some interesting folks: a beautiful love, the Yale Daily News, a remarkable professor, a Literary Society, an aspiring politician, phantoms from his past, and a charismatic Brit. Over the school year, he inadvertently goes from outsider to insider, uncovering secrets and earning one of his own.
‘Haunter’ is a unique project that blends photography with filmmaking to create a series of stills, or “photographic novel,” that will be assembled into a comic book format. We have already begun production and are looking to round out our cast with adults to play professors and the like. This will serve as a Yale School of Art thesis project.
Include your astrological sign in your submission. In terms of production, this project is very low maintenance. It is not a film shoot, but rather a photoshoot. And while there is action, there are no lines, so the need for multiple takes is minimal and usually moves very quickly. I don’t imagine it would take any longer than 2.5 hours to depict the entirety of this scene.
In the story one of the protagonists, Laurel, travels to Boston with her philosophy professor to attend a conference at MIT; they spend the day getting to know each other and mutually notice something of a romantic spark between them; at the end of the day, they eat dinner at a town home the Professor’s friend owns; another friend of the Professor’s, the distinguished art critic Lina, who is staying at the home wakes up and comes downstairs; she ultimately decides that the only way to mollify her boredom is to throw a gathering that night at the house; something that’ll get everyone in the town talking.
