*You must have a budget of $65K+ and be available for up to 5 nonconsecutive days of filming to be considered for this show.

ELIGIBILITY REQUIREMENTS
Please be advised that you must meet the following eligibility requirements in order to be considered to participate in the television project currently entitled “Nate & Jeremiah by Design” (the “Program”):
• You must be legally authorized to work for any employer in the United States.
• You must be at least eighteen (18) years of age to apply.
• You must be available to shoot for approximately 5 days in the Greater Los Angeles area. Dates may be nonconsecutive and will fall from approximately November 2018 through April 2019.
• You must send photos of the rooms you need redesigned and a video tour of your home focusing on why it’s not working, and how it is emotionally impacting your life. • All prospective participants must complete application prior to consideration.
All eligibility determinations shall be made solely by Producer in its sole discretion and are final and binding in all respects. Producer reserves the right to add or modify the eligibility requirements at any time.
In addition, Producer reserves the right at any time to render ineligible any person who Producer determines, in its sole discretion, is sufficiently connected with the production, administration, or distribution of the Program such that his or her participation in the program could create the appearance of impropriety.
